A little bird told me it'd be screened here late this year. Am keeping my fingers crossed; it's not a commercial Hollywood flick, so the commercial malls might not carry it, if ever.

I do hope Joseph Fiennes doesn't make a comeback in that film. His portrayal of Dudley was sooo bland. (But then again, I'm comparing him to his oh-so-debonair brother.)

oh, wow ~ that movie still is brilliant! (i loved elizabeth, and i can't wait to see this new one.)

cate was robbed of the best actress oscar in '99 ~ how gwyneth won is beyond me.

i can tell you and i are going to hit it off.

Shekhar Kapur is a genius; Cate's a real gem. The final scene (where she's alabaster, stone-faced, regal) always makes my hair stand on end.

Observe, Lord Burleigh. I am married to England.


Shakespeare In Love was a real dud, I say. But I guess excessive lobbying paid off for Paltrow :P

I think this is the start of something wonderful (pardon the understatement) :)
